All products are subject to availability.

Occasionally an item may sell out before our website has updated. If this happens after you've placed an order, we'll contact you as soon as possible to offer either:

• a full refund; or
• an alternative product where appropriate.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and clearly shown during checkout.

While we take every care to ensure prices are accurate, genuine pricing errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error before dispatch, we'll contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging that we've received it.

This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.

Acceptance of your order takes place only when we dispatch your goods.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

• an item is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• there has been an obvious pricing or product description error;
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will be refunded.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

We accept the payment methods shown during checkout.

All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. 

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only.

Whilst we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather or customs processing.

Risk in your goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address provided when placing your order.

Ownership of your items transfers once full payment has been received.

International Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, all applicable duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we'll provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts.

Unless otherwise stated:

• only one discount code may be used per order;
• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively;
• promotions may be amended or withdrawn without notice.

Specific promotions may have additional terms.

Reviews & Customer Content

If you submit reviews, photographs or other content to pompette, you confirm that:

• the content belongs to you or you have permission to share it;
• it is accurate and lawful;
• it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

By submitting content, you grant Pompette a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it for marketing, social media and promotional purposes.
